Welcome to the Counseling Center!

The California Baptist University Counseling Center provides Christ-centered, biblically based, psychologically sound therapy to allow 500电竞平台 students to be free to live their purpose and have a godly impact in the world.

 

Students can do quick mental health check-ups, participate in short-term individual, couples or family therapy (online or in-person), and find a variety of helpful resources on our website. 

Another amazing resource is WellTrack, a free interactive self-help app, that is available and free of charge to all 500电竞平台 students. WellTrack can help you understand feelings of stress, anxiety, and/or depression, and offers techniques to minimize these feelings. Download the WellTrack app and register using your @youcanretireyoung.com email address.
